…a 100% FREE vegan weight loss resource!
This website is dedicated to all things VEGAN weight loss. I am a former teacher and medical educator turned first generation family farmer who still loves to deep dive in scientific literature in my quest to live a disease-free life with optimal wellness. I have struggled with my weight my entire life but have finally found peace as a (mostly) whole food plant based vegan. No matter where you are in your journey, I’m glad you are here because I have so much fat loss truth to share. I’ve made the information about loseing weight on this page FREE because I believe the path to weight loss should be OPEN SOURCE for all and not hidden behind some sort of fancy paywall. (Also I’m hella skeptical of all of these skinny b*tches on social media selling weight loss plans and counseling, for real.) Overcoming food addiction and lifelong obesity is hard, but I’m here for you- with free resources and emotional and organizational support!

For example, we used to work so hard to grow corn, and by the time we finally got… Continue reading Easiest Vegetables to Grow in your Garden!
